You undertake to declare your true identity, in order to allow us to proceed to the execution of the sale contract in case you should decide to complete one or more purchases with us.

Our website is made for B2B operators only (retailers, wholesalers and resellers in general) and all products offered are not meant to be purchase by end users; in any case, our services are not available to anyone under age of 16.

If needed to complete your order, we will pass your data to third part companies working with or for us, such as the Logistics in charge to prepare & pack all order and the Couriers in charge to take care of your order delivery: in these cases, the conferment of you data is required in order to complete the sale contract.

Hereby you authorize us to send to your mail box communication on initiatives, events, promotions, discounts and launch of new products, brands, or any other commercial news we might feel it will be of your interest, as well as to monitor your visits to our website, in order to offer the best possible service and fine tuning the message we send you. In every case, we will not use these information for any other porpuse than the ones above and we will not pass them to third parts, with the only exception whe this is need to accomplish what you expressly require us.

In accordance to your GDPR as per EU 679/2016 regulation, you data will be safely kept using the most updated technologies and we will keep them i our DB only for the time needed to fullfill your requests. All your data will be subject to risk analysis as per our Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA). You can request in any moment to cancel all your data with a simple e-mail to privacy@wwt.it
